What is Dibia?

Dibia by Calabash is a secure, intelligent AI assistant built to support modern business operations through natural voice and text conversations. Designed for professionals and teams, Dibia helps you interact with business information, manage tasks, and get clear answers—without navigating complex systems.

How do I add and categorize expenses?

  1. Open Dibia and tap the “Add Expense” button.
  2. Enter the expense details, amount, and select a category.
  3. Save the expense to track it in your budget and reports.

How do I set and monitor budgets?

Go to the Budgets section, create a new budget, set your spending limits, and assign categories. Dibia will notify you as you approach or exceed your budget.

How do I generate and manage invoices?

Navigate to the Invoices section, create a new invoice, fill in the client and item details, and send it directly from the app. You can track invoice status and payment history.

How do I accept payments (including Tap to Pay)?

Dibia integrates with Stripe for secure payment processing. You can accept contactless payments, including Tap to Pay, by following the in-app instructions and connecting your Stripe account.

How secure is my data?
